A Bucks County man has been indicted on multiple federal charges related to child sexual exploitation, cyberstalking, and other offenses. Mark Wills, 61, of Hulmeville, Pennsylvania, also known by several aliases including “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” “kevthompson2009,” “18kevinmcbride,” and “leonardobrickma,” faces three counts of using or attempting to use interstate facilities to entice minors for sexually explicit conduct; three counts of manufacturing or attempting to manufacture child pornography; four counts involving the distribution or attempted distribution of child pornography; one count of possession of child pornography; two counts of cyberstalking a minor; and one count related to interstate threats.

Wills has been in federal custody since his arrest on August 12 after a criminal complaint and warrant were issued.

According to the indictment, from June 2024 through January 2025, Wills allegedly used the internet to persuade and coerce three minors—each under age 18—to engage in sexually explicit acts and send him images. The indictment further claims that he distributed and possessed images depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. At least one depicted minor was reportedly prepubescent and under the age of 12.

The indictment also alleges that Wills sent electronic communications intended to injure, harass, or intimidate two minors. These messages allegedly caused or would be expected to cause substantial emotional distress. Additionally, Wills is accused of transmitting threats against one minor and her family if she did not continue sending him explicit material.

“This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. If convicted on all charges, Wills could face up to life imprisonment.

The investigation involved the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the FBI with support from Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer Jr. is prosecuting the case.

Authorities remind that “the charges and allegations contained in the indictment are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.”
