A federal grand jury has indicted Gregory Strickland, 45, of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, on charges related to the production, receipt, and possession of child pornography. The indictment was issued on February 18, 2026.

According to United States Attorney Brian D. Miller for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Strickland is accused of using a minor to produce child pornography on twelve occasions between 2022 and 2024. He is also alleged to have received child pornography through the Kik application in both 2022 and 2025 and possessed such material in 2025.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation into these allegations. Assistant United States Attorney Christian T. Haugsby is prosecuting the case.

The case falls under Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative started by the Department of Justice in May 2006 to address child sexual exploitation and abuse. The program brings together federal, state, and local resources to find and prosecute individuals who exploit children and to identify victims. More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at www.usdoj.gov/psc.

If convicted on all counts, Strickland faces up to 420 years in prison, supervised release for life following imprisonment, and a fine. Sentencing will be determined by a judge based on federal statutes and sentencing guidelines.

“Indictments are only allegations. All persons charged are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court,” according to the statement from authorities.
