The United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has announced charges against Guerdison Printus, a 27-year-old Haitian citizen. Printus was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of destruction of government property.

Acting United States Attorney John Gurganus stated that the indictment accuses Printus of tampering with a sprinkler system around June 25, 2025, in York County. This alleged act reportedly caused water damage to the office space used by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), with damages exceeding $1,000.

The investigation into this incident was conducted by ICE. Assistant United States Attorney K. Wesley Mishoe is handling the prosecution.

If convicted, Printus faces a maximum penalty of ten years imprisonment, one year of supervised release after imprisonment, and potential fines along with a special assessment. Sentencing would be determined by a court based on federal sentencing statutes and guidelines.

It is important to note that indictments are allegations and all charged individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
