Dwain London Jr., a 37-year-old resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has been indicted on multiple federal charges including possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a felon. The announcement was made by United States Attorney David Metcalf.
According to the indictment, London allegedly possessed and intended to distribute more than 28 grams of crack cocaine and an additional quantity of cocaine on or about May 14, 2025. Authorities also allege that he was found with a loaded 9 mm semiautomatic handgun despite being prohibited from possessing firearms due to his status as a convicted felon.
If convicted on all counts, London could face up to life in prison and fines totaling $5.5 million. The case carries a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years’ imprisonment.
The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives together with the Lancaster County Drug Task Force. Assistant United States Attorney Thomas M. Zaleski is prosecuting the case.
United States Attorney David Metcalf stated: “The charges and allegations contained in the indictment are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.”
