Jackie A. Johnson, a 40-year-old resident of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine. The sentencing took place on March 5, 2026, before Senior United States District Judge Malachy E. Mannion.

United States Attorney Brian D. Miller stated that between March 19 and April 17, 2024, Johnson sold more than 200 grams of pure methamphetamine to an undercover State Police Trooper in the Stroudsburg area. At the time of these drug sales, Johnson was already under federal supervised release following a previous conviction for heroin trafficking, for which he had served five years in prison.

Johnson still faces a supervised release violation hearing due to his involvement in the recent methamphetamine distribution. This could lead to additional prison time beyond his current sentence.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant United States Attorney Jenny P. Roberts prosecuted the case.
