A Pennsylvania woman has filed a lawsuit against several companies, alleging negligence after she suffered severe injuries from a fall on their premises. The complaint was filed by Dawn Cunning in the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, on November 6, 2025. The defendants named in the lawsuit are Del Petro LLC d/b/a Crum Lynne Conoco, Knights Properties, LLC d/b/a Crum Lynne Conoco, and ConocoPhillips Company.

The case revolves around an incident that occurred on June 16, 2024. Dawn Cunning claims she was legally present at the premises located at or near 1141 Chester Pike, Crum Lynne, PA when she tripped over uneven pavement. According to the complaint, this fall resulted in severe and permanent bodily injuries. Cunning alleges that the defendants were negligent in maintaining the property and failed to provide adequate warnings about the dangerous conditions of the pavement. She accuses them of failing to properly design, construct, maintain, and repair the premises’ sidewalks and pathways. Furthermore, Cunning asserts that there was a lack of sufficient warning regarding foreseeable defects and dangerous conditions.

Cunning’s attorney, Marc F. Greenfield of Spear, Greenfield & Richman P.C., argues that her client’s injuries have caused significant pain and suffering as well as financial losses due to medical expenses and lost earnings. The complaint highlights multiple instances of alleged negligence by the defendants including failure to comply with building codes and ordinances pertaining to property maintenance.

The plaintiff is seeking a judgment in excess of $50,000 against each defendant for damages related to personal injury and premises liability. This includes compensation for medical expenses incurred due to her injuries as well as future costs associated with ongoing treatment. Additionally, Cunning seeks relief for emotional distress resulting from the incident.

Representing Dawn Cunning is Marc F. Greenfield from Spear, Greenfield & Richman P.C., while no specific attorneys are listed for the defendants in this document. The case is being heard under Case ID: Filed 11-06-2025 02:19 PM at the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County.
