A federal grand jury has indicted Bryce Robert Elliott, 21, of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, on charges of producing and distributing child pornography. The indictment alleges that between December 2024 and January 2026, Elliott created videos involving sexual activity with a toddler and distributed them online.
United States Attorney Brian D. Miller announced the indictment. The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation, and Assistant United States Attorney Luisa Honora Berti is prosecuting the case.
“This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims. If convicted on all counts under federal law, Elliott could face up to 50 years in prison for each count. Sentencing decisions are made by a judge after reviewing relevant statutes and sentencing guidelines.
Authorities remind that indictments are only allegations; those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
